Two Soo SD60s are the power for CP 654, a loaded potash train from Canada. The train is passing Division Street, on BNSF trackage. It is about to reach the ex-MILW St. Paul Yard, which is now the CP's primary Twin Cities terminal. The early hours of June and July allow photographers an opportunity to shoot from the bluffs near St. Paul. All St. Paul railroads pass this location.
