One of the few remaining stations on the Paynesville Sub is the brick depot at Buffalo, MN. The station at Buffalo is a replacement for the original depot that burned down on November 30, 1953 following a derailment. Here CP train #575 charges past the "new" (built 1954) station with Soo SD60 6021 and Soo SD40-2 6606 as power on August 24, 1997.
