Another sight becoming rare on the Soo Line (and most North American railroads, for that matter) is the passage of the caboose. However, there are still a few roaming the system; indeed, CP has repainted cabooses 68, 88, 105, and 126 (and possibly a few others) recently into full Soo Line red, white & black livery. Hopefully these will be around for several more years, passing over the Mississippi River and providing a fitting punctuation to CP's trains.
