Soo Line units are becoming even harder to find on the mainline with the arrival of the new AC4400CWs from GE this fall. Units such as the 8513, pictured at St. Paul, MN on October 10, 1998, are fast becoming standard power on trains between Glenwood and the Twin Cities. Later that evening the 8513 trailed Soo SD40-2 6614 on CP train #203, the nightly St. Paul to Superior freight.
